Why I built BondKeeper
I'm Rakesh, a Sydney renter and software engineer. When I moved out of my last rental, the agent claimed $1,250 from my bond over an issue I had no dated record of, and had never formally reported. I built BondKeeper so renters can record their rental's condition, notify their agent at the right time, and never face a claim like that empty-handed.

Your photos and data
Your photos are stored securely on servers in Germany and analysed by Google and Anthropic in the United States to suggest damage tags. Only you, flatmates you invite, and people you send a share link to can see them. We never sell your data or use your photos to train AI. You can download your reports, or delete your account and all your data, at any time from Settings.
